Returns Policy

You may return items purchased from Malama.ca, for any reason, for a full refund within 14 days of delivery of your shipment. Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened items or products from buyers who reside outside of Canada.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Failure to meet any of these criteria may result in your return not being approved.

The following types of goods are not eligible for return:

· Sale items (only regularly priced items may be refunded).

· Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers or magazines).

· Intimate or sanitary goods.

· Hazardous materials.

· Flammable liquids or gases.

· Downloadable software products.

· Some health and personal care items.

The following situations/goods may be eligible for a partial refund:

· Books with obvious signs of use.

· CD, DVD, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tape, or vinyl records that have been opened.

· Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

· Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

How to Return a Product

Returns are very easy. Simply send your item (along with its receipt) to: 7-12800 Bathgate Way, Richmond, BC, Canada, V6V 1Z9. Please note that without the receipt, we will not be able to process your return.

Important: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Doing so may result in your return not being approved.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email promptly to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. The credit will refunded via your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have been approved for a refund but have not yet received it after 3-5 business days, please take the following steps:

· Double-check your bank account.

· Contact your credit card company (may take longer than expected for refund to appear).

· Contact your bank (the delay may be a result of your bank's processing period).

If you have followed all of these steps and still have not yet received your refund, please contact us at service@malama.ca.

Shipping

Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please be aware that the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, depending on where you live.

For items over $ 75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can not otherwise guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
